The new identity, Roland offices, refers to the history of the building and the connection with the history of the traditional Roland café.
The building of the former Hungarian discount and exchange bank is situated in the heart of the historical center of Bratislava, which has been owned by KOOPERATIVA Poisťovňa, a. s. Vienna Insurance Group. In 2018, work began on the monumental restoration and modernization of the building.
The intention of the reconstruction is to restore the original Art Nouveau condition and increase the technical standard of the building. This provides tenants with representative boutique spaces with significantly increased user comfort.

Office space are finished in high standard. Each individual space is equipped with kitchen, toilets, wooden floors, energy-saving LED lighting. Restored originals of historic window panels with insulating double glazing increase thermal and acoustic insulating properties. The offices are equipped with an intelligent heating and cooling system. Controlled entry and 24/7 security service are a matter of course.

The building offers office space on 6 floors, including an attic. There is single space on the first floor and the 2nd – 5th floor consists of two units that can be connected. There are two separate spaces in the attic.
Access to building
The building has a controlled entrance and a permanent security service. Each office space is equipped with a video intercom, that allow tenant to let visitors to enter the building and space from the comfort of their office.
Parking
There are several parking options nearby. The tenant can use the long-term rental of a parking space in the Opera or Carlton garages.
Landlord
The building has been owned by KOOPERATIVA Poisťovňa, a. s. Vienna Insurance Group. The building was partly used by the insurance company for its own purposes and part of the premises was intended for rent. After a complete reconstruction, the whole building has become a modern office building, which is exclusively for rent. In 2019, a building on Gorkého 4 in Bratislava was added to the portfolio of office buildings.
